Team Managers
Team Manager Basics
- Work with your coach to determine what the coach wants to do and what the manager should do. Most coaches have the manager take care of all off field activities.
- Make sure your coaches have completed the consent forms
- Use the MYSA Web site to find tournamanets that work for your team, and sign up early. This means you, McConnell!!
- Set you your team website or find a member of your team to take care of your website.
- Make sure you have pictures of each player, coach, and manager for the player passes.
- Have all the player passes signed and then attach the photo and laminate them
- Obtain the referee funds from the comissioner.
- Create self addressed, stamped envelopes for each game with the ref fees and match lne up report.
- Make sure you have at least two blank red card reports with you or your car at all games.
- Assist the Uniform Manager by trying to resolve uniform issues and act as the contact for your team
- Create parent and player line up cards for your team.
